Returns and Exchanges
1. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000, "On the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product," the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing without providing a reason within 14 days. In the event of a written withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obligated to return the goods within 14 days. The condition for such return is that the goods purchased at www.ekoce.pl must be returned, at the Buyer's expense, to the Seller's registered office address and a statement regarding the situation must be sent.
2. The shipment referred to in point 1 should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
3. Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
a. the goods must not be damaged or used, and the product markings and labels must be intact,
b. the goods must be complete if they consisted of multiple parts,
c. the goods must be returned in their original packaging if they were packaged,
d. the returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. Returns will not be accepted if even one of the conditions listed in point 3 has been violated.
5. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the goods being delivered to the Seller's registered office.
6. Please send returns to the Seller's address along with a completed declaration of withdrawal from the contract (template below):

by making a bank transfer to the account specified by the Buyer or by postal order to the address provided.
7. Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.
Complaints and Warranties
1. Goods purchased from the store are brand new and come with a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. If you notice any technical defects or a possible misshipment, please contact the store immediately to discuss how to resolve the issue. The goods will be replaced with new (repaired) goods, or we will refund the purchase price and shipping costs to the specified account. Information about the situation and the refund details must be included with the shipment.
2. Complaints regarding color and shade discrepancies resulting from the Buyer's computer settings will not be considered by the Seller.
3. If the packaging or protective tape is damaged during delivery, a damage report must be completed in the presence of the courier/postman. Complaints will only be considered based on a report confirmed by the carrier.
4. In the event of an unjustified complaint, the goods will be returned at the Buyer's expense or available for collection at the Seller's office within 14 days of the complaint being processed.
